Role Overview:

Looking for president that will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and executive management for the organization. He/she will be responsible for driving profitable growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high quality and engineering standards, and leading the company to achieve its vision in the industrial pump market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership-Define and execute long-term strategy aligned with market trends (industrial, municipal, fire protection, etc.), competitive landscape, and emerging technologies (e.g., remote monitoring, digital / IoT in pumps).
  • Financial Performance-Oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, cost control, and margin improvement. Ensure fiscal responsibility & discipline.
  • Operations & Manufacturing Excellence-Ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations in manufacturing facilities (Indianapolis + any others). Drive improvements in throughput, quality, supply chain reliability, and cost savings.
  • Product / Engineering Innovation-Promote R&D and product engineering initiatives. Ensure product portfolio remains technologically relevant, meets regulatory and safety standards, and addresses evolving customer needs.
  • Sales, Marketing & Customer Relationships-Lead commercial strategies, develop key account relationships, grow sales both domestically and internationally, maintain aftermarket and service business.
  • Quality, Safety & Compliance-Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, safety, environmental), regulatory requirements, certifications, and ensure a strong safety culture across all facilities.

  • Stakeholder Management-Engage with the Board, parent company (if applicable), investors, major customers, regulatory bodies, and community / local leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
  • Experience-15+ years in leadership roles in manufacturing / industrial equipment, preferably in pump / fluid handling / fire protection / industrial OEMs. Proven track record of growing revenue, improving operational metrics (quality, efficiency, cost), and leading technical or engineered products.
  • Technical acumen-Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product engineering, quality systems, supply chain, industrial standards / codes.
  • Financial literacy-Robust P&L management experience; ability to interpret financial metrics, make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership skills-Excellent communication, team building, change management, and ability to operate in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Market & Customer Focus-Deep knowledge of pump markets (municipal, fire, process), customer needs, regulations, competitive landscape.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality & Food Safety Specialist to join our team at our beverage production facility in Chattanooga, TN. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and improving sanitation and hygiene programs that support the safe production of carbonated water, energy drinks, and other beverages. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing, understands CIP systems, and is passionate about maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation and hygiene programs throughout the facility.
  • Conduct daily inspections of production areas to verify equipment cleanliness and compliance with GMPs.
  • Work with production and sanitation teams to schedule, validate, and continuously improve CIP/COP cleaning procedures.
  • Investigate sanitation-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage environmental monitoring programs (swabbing, microbiological testing) and interpret results to prevent contamination risks.
  • Train production staff on hygiene, cleaning procedures, and food safety expectations.
  • Partner with QA, production, and maintenance teams to ensure equipment design supports cleanability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FSMA, and sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs).

Role Overview:

The Maintenance Mechanic at medium bakery in Southeast, will ensure bakery production, packaging, and facility equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. This includes preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and collaborating with sanitation, quality, and production teams. Because of bakery operating conditions, the role values food safety, reliability, and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (mixers, proofers, ovens, conveyors, packaging lines).
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Maintain facility support systems: HVAC, steam, compressed air, refrigeration (if applicable), etc.
  • Participate in scheduled shutdowns / cleaning / sanitation maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, GMPs, OSHA safety protocols.

  • 2-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience; experience in food or bakery environment helpful.
  • Strong mechanical skills; experience with electrical controls (motors, drives, 3-phase power), pneumatics/hydraulics.
  • Ability to work safely under bakery conditions (heat, hygiene, cleaning schedules).
